Valérie Lardy, your Talent Consultant

Valérie has over 20 years of HR generalist experience, including 16 years at GE and NBCUniversal, with a truly international focus and a particular expertise in Talent Management issues.

Valérie founded ATALIS Consulting in September 2011. Amongst her clients are GE, L’Oréal, NBCUniversal, Louis Vuitton, Allianz Real Estate, CHANEL, Sanofi Pasteur, Avis Budget Group, Neopost, AXA and just recently WMF.

Prior to launching her own business, Valérie’s latest role was with NBCUniversal International, from March 2009 to August 2011, where she set up the Organization Development Function for all NBCU businesses outside of the US. She had joined NBCU in September 2004 as HR Director for CNBC EMEA, the Financial News Channel of the US Media and Entertainment multinational.

Prior to this role, she worked for GE Capital, in their Commercial Finance business, where she held the post of European HR Manager, Finance and Sales as well as GE Reinsurance, working as UK HR Manager and HR Integration Manager.

Valérie was awarded a Diplôme Grande Ecole, a Masters in International Business and a Diplom Kauffrau from the ESCP Europe Business School, studying in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. She also has a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the Université Dauphine in Paris.

Valérie graduated from the GE HRLP in November 1997, the 2 year entry level program for HR of General Electric.

Valérie has taken part in Strategic HR Network Panel Evenings as guest speaker and has been a Corporate Faculty member for the ESCP Europe Master in Management. She is also a member of Global Change Leaders. GCL brings the experience and expertise of former GE Leaders to help companies successfully drive their strategic change initiatives, organizational integrations and business mergers & acquisitions.

Valérie is based in Europe and mobile globally for assignments.
