One of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies was acquired by a large enterprise from a multinational organisation in January 2011. This meant that all HR practices had to be reviewed and redesigned to better reflect the new Values and Culture of the organization. This was a major transformation project led by the HR Teams globally.
In March 2012, the global CEO focused his attention on the Talent and asked his Leaders to deliver an actionable Talent snapshot by June.

Valérie, after having been part of the team of 3 who designed the new simplified and impactful global Talent Review process, was asked to lead and deliver this in-depth Talent Review for the International business, made of 8 different P&Ls across 35 countries.
After a watertight project plan design and critical stakeholder management phase, Valérie worked closely with all P&L HR Leaders, working on the quality of the outputs received. She then consolidated & calibrated this information, working with the SVP Human Resources and the President of the International Business, in order to showcase the International Business Leadership Team as well as highlight Emerging Leaders.
The output of her work was a rich document featuring Leadership & Emerging Leaders profiles with specific development actions and identified next roles or projects. A document the International President and SVP Human Resources presented to the Global CEO in New York. This allowed them to showcase the identified Talent & present the planned actions which would be implemented in order to continue to groom them.
The International Talent Review is now a live document for this large organisation to follow up on actions at regular intervals during the year. It also highlighted the emerging leaders that will be included in their future High Potential Programme.
